Termotexa-MF is a combination of medicines containing Tranexamic Acid 500 mg and Mefenamic Acid 250 mg. It is used to manage pain and heavy bleeding during menstruation.

Composition of Termotexa-MF
Each tablet of Termotexa-MF is composed of:
Tranexamic Acid 500mg + Mefenamic Acid 250mg
What does Termotexa-MF do?
Termotexa-MF is a combination of an antifibrinolytic medicine and a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicine to treat heavy menstrual bleeding and painful periods. Tranexamic Acid helps to decrease bleeding as it prevents blood clot breakdown.
It helps to stabilise blood clots at bleeding sites, which may decrease bleeding.
Mefenamic Acid is a member of a class of medicines called non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicines. It works by decreasing the production of chemical substances known as prostaglandins, which may cause pain and inflammation. This may provide relief of painful periods.
How to use Termotexa-MF?
Termotexa-MF should only be used for heavy bleeding periods as prescribed by your doctor.
It is used to reduce excessive bleeding from the uterus and to relieve the pain of painful periods. It may also be used to improve your discomfort during heavy or painful periods.
